Noa Bar: one of the top rising pop artists to watch in 2022
Noa Bar is a 21 years old singer, songwriter and producer in the genre of pop.
When did you start creating music?
“I’ve been making music since I held my guitar for the first time, when I was 7” she says, “I was 15 when I built my first studio, and since then, I write, compose, sing, perform and repeat. Over the past year, I’ve been traveling around the world, releasing my music, working with rising artists, producers, singers and songwriters, performing in hundreds of places, and I can’t wait to share more of my music with the world.”
That is amazing. We appreciate the fact that you write your own music.
“Thank you. It helps me express my feelings, and also being more involved with the production of the songs, the visuals, and the release.
For example, when I wrote “Lovin’ Me In Colors” I knew that I wanted the music video to be very colorful, because I think that love isn’t black and white. There’s so many ways to show love, so many different kinds of people and definitions to the word relationship, it’s not black and white and never meant to be, people are full of colors and emotions just like loving. And I think it’s a beautiful thing.
Also, when I wrote “Confused” I wanted any human being to listen to the lyrics and to know they’re worthy of a loving relationship with someone who’s respectful and kind to them. I went through a breakup from a person I loved deeply but wasn’t sure that he is mentally stable to be in a relationship. That’s why the cover is an expression of the balance between our brains and our hearts.
Can you tell us about the process of creating and releasing music, from the eyes of an artist?
“Well, it’s an amazing process, which may sometimes feel exposed. I think that every song I create is a journey for me. From writing the first line, to putting my heart on a sleeve when I’m in the studio, and then, to the most exciting and exposed part, releasing it to the world. to you. I can’t feel lucky enough to have the ability to share my feelings, and make people feel my emotions through my lyrics and sounds. I hope my songs will get into your heart and make you feel as good as I felt when I wrote it.
Because now, it’s not mine anymore. It’s ours.”
