Music Interview: Ava Peris delves on her creative tastes, new single ‘Circle of Love’ & much more
Great to have you on Xttrawave. Please, introduce yourself.
Ava Peris is my artist name. It was changed to this because it resonated more with who I am and my music. Ava means “Life” and Peris means in mythology is a being who has come down to earth to change the universe.
What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I literally can’t remember when it exactly started it’s just something I would feel. I always loved music it’s a passion. So I had it from birth.
Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?
The ‘Circle of Love’ single It’s just about love ups ups and downs and love people have and the battles that they go through. It’s really immersing yourself with love weather that love is for yourself or for another person.
What makes your music unique? And how would you describe it?
My music Is definitely Not something you hear every day. It can also have a lot of different meanings and I would say the genre of what I’m doing is mix of a few different genres from blues soul rock, rnb, pop and dance.
Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
I would not say I have any musical influences but I have a lot of artists that I look to the influence me to become a better artist. For the actual musical influence I would say none. There’s a lot of artists that I love and I listen too and I enjoy their music but I would say what I’m doing doesn’t derive from any musical influence but my own musical influence. It’s has its own sound.
Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
I would say right now in this moment I am proud of everything that I have accomplished in my life and with my music and get ready because I have more coming.
What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
Don’t ever let anyone tell you you can’t do something! Believe in yourself! Let people hate!
It has nothing to do with you but yet has to do with a mere reflection of how they feel about themselves because they wish they could be you, do what you do or have what you have and they actually love and envy you because you have what they lack!
If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
Don’t give up on anything you want to do! You want to be a Doctor go for it! You think you can’t afford it? Who cares go for it! Get a loan take risks! You are the only one stopping you! Go DO IT!

I have a lot on the way and I am so excited to share it with the world.
