My name is Joe O and thank you guys for rocking with me. I was born in Brooklyn, but I was raised in sommerset New Jersey. I rep F town, the 732 and I am also a lasgidi boy!
Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?
Just like that has a lot of inspiration from the beat. My producer J spizzy first played me a sample loop and the beat just spoke to me. The vibe I was getting from the beat was the first few words that came to my mind. “Too much fake might get in my bag” That is how I was feeling.
Who are your biggest musical influences?
“Ello Mac man I got your back!”, That is my childhood homie. His spirit and energy always spoke for him. He was a huge inspiration to me and I would always push his energy!
What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
“The world is yours and it’s just like that”, People don’t understand the power they have until their life is gone. You have to live life to the fullest and claim it. Both the good and the bad. My message is just for people to live free and do what they want. Do not hold back from doing you.
If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
Another piece of advice. “Give no fucks, I’m just like my dad”. Similar to how the world is yours, you have to own your world. My dad showed me how to own mine. Lastly, thank you for all the support, expect more music and more videos coming soon from the team. It’s G$D and we get shit done.
