Avaroha delves on his creative tastes, musical influences & new music

Great to have you on Xttrawave. Please, introduce yourself.
I am Avaroha and I am from the United States.
What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I got into music at a young age because I always loved it.
Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?
My new song is a chill Lo-Fi track that is meant for those looking for a chill energy.
What makes your music unique? How would you describe it?
I like to use a lot of vocal chops and flanger, although both of these are common in music now, I feel like not enough people are using it in Lo-Fi tracks still, I want to embrace the use of ambient vocals on Lo-Fi tracks by using vocal chops.
Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
My biggest music influences would probably be surprisingly EDM artists, such as David Guetta and Martin Garrix. Hopefully one day I can do some kind of Lo-Fi collab with other Lo-Fi creators too.
Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
Recently, I’ve been getting added to a lot of playlists and everyday I keep waking up to getting added to playlists with more and more followers.
How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
Well, I am usually busy so I usually go overtime and stay up till 4 AM to make music, although I think this is the perfect time to make Lo-Fi as many students stay up till this time to study, so when you also feel tired you know what to make fore them as you can relate to the struggle of lack of sleep and time.
What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
My best advice would be to keep making music, everyday. But, its also sometimes a good thing to take break and come back a bit later.
If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
Thank you for the people who have been supporting from the beginning, this is just the start but a lot more is to come.
What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
I plan on dropping at least 4 tracks every month at least, so I am working on getting a consistent schedule for music.
