Experimental Electronic artist SINNITEE delves on their creative tastes, music influences and new album “CHAOS ANGEL:CHAOS THEORY’

Great to have you on Xttrawave. Please, introduce yourself.
Thank you for having me, my name is SINNITEE, I’m originally from Jamaica but I live here in Florida now
How did your name come about?
Ironically, my name was literally me button mashing my keyboard on my phone to find a new Instagram user, at first it was Sinity but I was like.. “that doesn’t really look right, adjusted it a few times and stopped at SINNITEE, haha
What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I honestly got into music from just almost everybody around me being into it, all my friends, really drifted me into that direction, made me wanna do it myself
Tell us about your new music?
And what’s the story behind it? CHAOS ANGEL:CHAOS THEORY is really about the world ending, there’s a start, Phase 1, where it’s a calm before the storm, the songs are very warm and not too overwhelming, then it goes over into Phase 2 which is the actual storm, and has 2 songs actually that mean a lot to me artistically, one called Artistic Perpetuity and the next one called Demarcation, and they’re both supposed to be my way of showing that being an artist holds no bounds or limits, you can do whatever you want, in any way you feel like it and go as far as you want with the shit you do, eat the moon and sun if you please, which is also why I titled my two following songs, Solar Biter and Lunar Biter. Afterwards Phase 3 is really the winding down phase of it all, reminiscing, nostalgia, soft ending.
What makes your music unique? How would you describe it?
I don’t know if its unique, I know I personally haven’t heard anything like my own music before, It gives me something I haven’t been able to get from anybody else’s music, it can be creatively extreme, overwhelming, its glitchy, its mind boggling without even using words
Who are your biggest music influences?
And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future? Jeez, I think my biggest musical influences may be Boards Of Canada, Aphex Twin, ARCA, Sophie, Black Moth Super Rainbow, the Gorillaz for sure and probably Death Grips.. honorable mention, Kero Kero Bonito
Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
Honestly, every day I see that there’s new people listening to me, it’s the best moment, getting to work with my friends is the greatest.
How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
Yeah haha, I have a job, if I didn’t, I would probably have triple the amount of music I have out right now
What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
Be yourself, dude. Be you, don’t copy people, inspiration is cool but be you, let them judge you, let them hate on you, they cant do what you do, they wont. Just keep going, it’ll happen.
If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be? If I could meet every single person that listens to my music, I would hug you and kiss you on your forehead, I hope you’re all living your life how you want to and not to the standards of another person, be 100% with yourself always.
What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
Hell yeah, always, Junk – EP coming soon, CYBERPOLLUTION new releases always, the team has stuff coming out always, we never stop haha, just be on the lookout is really all I can say
