“Heaven is about coming to peace with the grief that we carry from losing a loved one. I lost my mom at 17. I always wonder what our conversations would be if she was here. I wonder if it’s possible to meet in between in a dream world to re-shape how time and space exists. The record is a bit of a sci-fi and spoken word riddled with cinematic elements. Here, I learn to come to peace with the present and allow my grief to rest in love. I hope this record resonates with anyone who struggles with loss and reminds them that we are exactly where we are meant to be.”
