Great to have you on Xttrawave. Please, introduce yourself.

I’m Chaos1.0 from Dayton, Ohio.

What got you into music and how long have you been making it?

I really just like making stuff and trying new things. At an early age, I always found myself inspired by some incredible works of art. When I was fifteen, a high school sophomore, I finally got the nerve [or maybe the freedom] to finally try making my own creations. I like doing this.

Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?

Kayo’s Day is a kaleidoscope of my thoughts and vibes over the past year compiled into a mixtape. Each song highlights a different color or vibe that I feel, but all together, they paint vivid mural.

What makes your music unique? And how would you describe it?

I make alternative HipHop/Rap music. A lot of my music is more “vibey” and conscious, but I like to experiment and expand my range.

Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?

Some of my biggest inspirations are Saba, Mac Miller, Tyler the Creator, Kanye, Isaiah Rashad and Childish Gambino.

Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?

Honestly, I think it’s dope that my art has the potential to unify a community of different kinds of people. That’s just crazy to me.

How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?

Juggling can be a tiny bit chaotic sometimes, but you can always seem to make time for what/who you love so..

What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?

Trust yourself and trust that your artistic vision is a legitimate one. Also, build an atmosphere Around the music that you make. It’ll engage the people more.

If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?

Thank You. I appreciate every last one of yaw more than you’ll ever know.

What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?

I’m currently working on putting some footage together for various visuals.
