R&B recording artist Brandon Coleman (March 26, 2000 – ) is set to release a new album many have been waiting proudful for, and he’s finally revealed the name, Champagne. Champagne will be Coleman’s seventh studio album, housing his top most recent singles “Swervin’ & “One More Time.” Born and brought up in California’s Bay Area, Brandon is most recognized across the internet for his significantly identical vocal performance to that of late pop icon Michael Jackson, and recording styles similar to Justin Bieber, Tory Lanez, Kehlani, & The Weeknd. Scoring an extensive list of accomplishments since the beginning of his almost ten-year indie-career, he describes Champagne as an album about victory and love. “Swervin’,” arguably Coleman’s biggest song to date, accumulated more than 50,000 collective organic views with zero marketing. This hints that not only will his new album take on a rather hip-hop approach, but will more than likely triumph over all of his previous albums, especially with the right backing support.

Coleman’s story is a harrowing one, and he hopes following the release of Champagne to break into the formal music industry. Like many independent artists, Coleman has first hand experience with the hardships involved in trying to make money as an indie artist in today’s world. However, Coleman has acquired solid support among industry professionals. Songwriters J. Que Smith and Christopher Michael, who have written songs for influential figures such as Justin Bieber and Chris Brown are contributors to the Champagne project. The new album will also include several features from up and coming independent artists including Vibe Tyson, Kevin Hues, and Qskii.

This Bay Area celebrity may soon find himself amongst other household names as we help to spotlight on his contribution inspiring independent artists hesitant towards restrictions the formal music industry places on their creativity.
