Great to have you on Xttrawave. Please, introduce yourself.

1SSOG aka Stoopid Swagg Okye Glaze origin Memphis Tennessee

What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?

I first started free styling in the middle school cafeteria but fast forward once I learned I could write I wrote my first song in Memphis with the encouragement of my family and dropped some songs and ain’t looked back since. But actually knowing music is what I’m here for I tried being a family, I tried going to college, the military, and all were cut short meanwhile the music progressed and opened up doors.

Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?

My main single I’m working on is “Keep On Going”. It was recorded in Los Angeles but actually dropping was November last year. The goal of the song is self explanatory keep On Going don’t stop always on go never stopping like I want to reach infinity you feel me and infinity is never stopping

What makes your music unique? And how would you describe it?

My music is unique because of my sound, my style, and my word play. I’m my own sound so to me you honestly can’t put me in that category but I do hip hop rap and some r&b.

Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?

Project Pat Money Man and Eldorado Red. They from the hood but their levels of intelligence from the music to the streets to being business men. It’s incredible!

Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?

Working in Hollywood with entourage Management almost 6 consecutive months. They are a music management/sports management company that don’t just work with anyone, so from Recording to social media to learning from professionals in Hollywood it was an honor and a big move.

How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?

I balance my music life out in a very different/optimistic way. Any of my free time is music in my mind it’s music when I’m sleep it’s music. I balance it out like playing call of duty like a 1st person game but in reality it’s a business. I’m starting to budget money better for my music, learning promotion better for my music and brand same time working in a kitchen as a chef. My friends understand that it’s 365 about my music, my family understands as well but at the same time it’s like how far are you willing to go and what sacrifices are you willing to make to move up as an artist.

What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?

My advice is to keep on going and it’s gone be sharks so just be alert go with your gut feeling you know. I’ve been snaked I’ve been scammed and all of that so be ready to lose money waste time but you can’t give up.

If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?

To my fans I’m not stopping, I’m Infinite with my music, with my loyalty, with my dedication as a musician, and as an artist. I won’t stop I won’t take no loses. Don’t count the underdog out.

What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?

Projects for now are dropping a video to keep on going doing some promo campaigns and start working on baby I be fresh.
