“Hotel 305” Visualizes Crazy Lifestyle Of Miami Upcoming Artist Marcolen Hayes

Marcolen Hayes-2

Marcolen Hayes 4th collaborative project “Hotel 305” makes waves in Miami with its realm of hotel crashing, strip club connoisseur lingo and broken nights of no end in sight for him. Each record brings a different feel from upcoming Miami artist Marcolen Hayes’s perspective.

First record / Intro (Record Deals 2021) gives an unruly snippet, an imaginative on the record call from a label executive to Marcolen Hayes. Second record (No Hold Out) brings us to the relentless motive and drive off a Miami artist on the rise. Depicting a melodic tempo of smooth vocals and a run through of hip-hop drums and laced piano backup notes. Third record (Swervin’) brings us to a well-known story of today’s youth of drugs, sex and hip hop. The song swervin’ comes from a near death experience Marcolen Hayes endured during the pandemic. Which he says “shook him to the core” and pushed him “towards the right direction of success and willingness to maximize his artistry for the years to come”. The ambient trap sound with a catchy in your face hook. Divides this record from the rest of the trap songs currently flowing through mainstream hip hop. Fourth record (Hotel 305) brings us inside the erotic standpoint of what Marcolen Hayes states “every hotel in Miami has a room 112”. An intimate collective of word play, a high-pitched sample and versatile bars makes this record an instant smash for any mood during your stay in Miami. Fifth record (Can’t leave the streets) brings us to the streets of Miami right outside Hotel 305, where the D-boys, scammers & go – gettas parlay. Marcolen Hayes reminds us he can’t leave the place that raised him, sheltered him and made him into the man today. Raised in North Beach, FL “Can’t leave the streets” seems like a battle between the eagerness to progress while temptations divide his emotional state of money and principles. Hotel 305 has been well engineered by Miami producer / songwriter Miami Beat Wave. Produced by Dilly Got It Bumpin.
